We have used a set "Rathkapf on Zoning Law" for several years and found it
to be a very good resource. Originally published by Clark Boardman, it is
now owned by West and costs around $600.00.

Hi all,
I have a question for you. We currently subscribe to Matthew Bender's
set "Zoning and Land Use Controls."
This is a comprehensive and expensive set. No one ever uses it, but I
hate to just cancel it without something to offer in its place.
Can someone suggest a less expensive, but effective replacement? The
one attorney in the firm that would use it doesn't need such a
comprehensive coverage of the subject, but I can't get him to admit that
he never uses this set. (My shelver assures me that he's *never*
reshelved one of the volumes in three years!!!!)
