Hello to all,
I am trying to find a Phil. ordinance (sorry I don't have the cite) that was
passed in May of 1998. I guess it is commonly referred to as the "domestic
partner" law. I have the Philadelphia anti-discrimination ordinances, but I
also need this particular section. Our local Public Administration library
doesn't have any updates for 1998. This section was mentioned in an 8/15/98
Inquirer article as the subject of some controversy.
Can a Philadelphia librarian help out? If not, I'll call the city. Maybe
someone can give me the cite or something.
