I'm hoping someone out there can help me. I'm looking for a sample
agreement or contract specifically dealing with payroll processing work
performed by an accounting firm for other business. Something that would
have a list of dutings the accounting firm could perform for their client.
I've check Am Jur and Current Legal Forms. I've looked for articles on
Lexis and Westlaw. I also tried the internet, but couldn't find anything.
Does anyone have any suggestions or have a sample agreement they could send
me?
