I am looking for SEC Release 34-28869 which may be found at 56 FR 7242
(2/21/91). We have found references to a chart located there but no
source so far has contained the chart. We have checked Westlaw, CCH,
FR in paper--ours only goes back 2 years and on the internet (back to
94) with no luck. Other Memphis sources so far have not had this
either. I (and the attorney requesting this asap) would be very
grateful if someone who has this would be willing to fax it to me at
