Bob,
They have tons more storage on their server(s) than do we! We have about 14GB
of on line storage available. They have 81GB potentially, and they use 24 GB of
it to copy on line their CD pile (assuming all were full CDs). And many of our
CD apps are indeed on a CD Tower (the old Procom Technologies CD21). Some, like
RIA Forms, have parts of itself on the CD Tower and on the server. I am looking
at switching to a new Procom "tower" called CD Force which purports to have
throughput rivalling hard drives. And there's room for 20 cd's (vice our current
7) for about the same price it would cost to add another 7 CD rack to our tower
(if we could find the parts!).
