Since Monday I have been trying to speak with you as I was told you had
the figures on the various WEST ProPlans. I did not want to speak to a
salesrep and made that clear to each of the eight people I talked to at
six different telephone numbers. Apparently Bob, you are the guy who
carries around a briefcase handcuffed to your arm and no one else other
than a SALESPERSON is allowed to give out that information. All I want
is three figures so I can make a decision about what service is right
for my company, a ProPlan, a CD-ROM product or straight Westlaw.
If you were to post your product prices on your website and indicate
that special pricing may be available, you might find you sell MORE
products. People, including law librarians, like to shop for
themselves, look over the available merchandise and THEN talk to the
salesperson.
I am interested in three of your products. I'd like to know if I can
afford them, i.e. I want to see the price tag. THEN I'll call my
salesrep.
You have my phone number from the three voice mail messages I have left
you since Monday.
