In addition to resources already checked I did get a call from Melanie
Solon who graciously did some searching form at the Dept. of Labor
Library, but came up with nothing. As a suggestion I tried news letters
from looseleaf services from CCH and still nothing. This has got to
come from somewhere. Any ideas? Need to try to find something ASAP.

Have checked Beiber's but that didn't reveal anything, have searched the
