I am trying to locate an English text copy of Israel's new Freedom Of
Information Act, which I understand to have been passed by the Knesset on
20 May 1998. I have found a number of references to the passing of the Act,
but despite pretty extensive Web searching of Israeli and other sites, have
to date had no luck. Are there any FOI specialists out there who have
either tracked it down on the Web, or have seen an English translation
anywhere ?
