I am looking for the meaning of the acronym "LAB"
Ex. 642 LAB 16 (7/89) - "Award of statuory penalties and attorney's
fees to providers for Plan's late payment of assinged claims set aside

I have a sheet faxed to an attorney that lists entries such as this all
relating to insurance, benefits, payments, etc.
Have checked Beiber's but that didn't reveal anything, have searched the
net, checked w/ Lexis Cust. Serv., etc. etc.
