More on taxation "blue book"

     I just ran across a mention of this in the Dec. 15 U.S.Law Week, and
     don't remember whether this information came out in the discussion of
     earlier this week. According to U.S.L.W., p. 2351, the Joint
     Committee on Taxation staff's blue book is available at

     on the GPO's web site. There's a brief discussion of the blue book on
     pp. 2350-51.
