Hello -
We are in need of sections from the City Code but don't have citations. The attorney needs those sections that deal with the extent to which the city can enter into contracts with public entities (utilities) or private entities (companies).
If anyone is willing to send up those sections (if they exist) or copies of the index/table of contents so we can figure out what we need, I would be very grateful. Thanks a lot!!
