Today I spoke with West regarding items shipped with no charges listed on
the bottom of the packing slip, but then appearing on my statement with
charges. West quickly remedied the problem, and removed the charges. I
know that many of us receive shipments, and immediately stamp them with
ownership, especially when the item appears to be a no charge. I just
wanted everyone to be aware of this incident, and to continue your heads-up
approach to West, as well as other Legal Publishers.
