Lexis Law Publishing has once again automatically sent a new service
without first asking whether it was wanted or needed. Again it is to
one of branch offices which makes monitoring more difficult and return
next to impossible. It is the "Virginia Advance Court Rules & Practice
Service". On the invoice I received it is even noted as a "new item"
and comes to the tune of $70.60. This makes the tally close to $200.00
in the last month of items that have been sent automatically as add-on's
to services we already subscribe to or as new items sent automatically
because of other subscriptions. I for one am not happy with this trend.
