A Professor here is looking for the full text of the securities
law which was passed on December 29, 1998 by the Standing Committee of
the National People's Congress (NPC) of the People's Republic of China.
I have found summaries of the law on LEXIS and the internet but have
been unable to find the full text of the law by searching the internet,
LEXIS and WESTLAW. If anyone could help find the text of this law I
would be eternally grateful and would be glad to pay any charges
associated with its delivery. Thank you.
