I want to thank everyone who submitted suggestions on how to find the
owner of a toll-free number.

Several people offered to call the number for me. A couple of
databases were suggested on Lexis -- COMPNY;COMPNY and the marketing
databases including MARS. A couple of people suggested private
investigators or court orders.
We still do not have our answer but not for lack of trying.
