Dear Law-Libbers:

Does anyone out there know if there is a copyright clearinghouse for cartoon drawings? One of the GSU Profs. wants to use a cartoon from the "New Yorker Magazine." We've already contacted the magazine and gotten information, but for future reference he wanted to know if such a clearinghouse exists?
