I have an old (1991) issue of the following title:

Compilation of Selected Aviation Laws
102d Congress, 1st session Committee Print

I contacted GPO and they said that the latest version published was in 1997
and, of course, it is out of print. Does anyone have a spare copy that they
are willing to part with? We would be willing to purchase it for a
