Toll Free Reverse Searching

     We are trying to find the owner of a particular 800 or 888 phone
     number.
     We have searched on the number on the Internet and on Nexis. We have
     also tried the following web sites with no luck.
     
     http://www.tollfreenumbers.com
     http://555-1212.com/tollfree.htm
     
     AT&T toll-free operators say they can't give that info because of
     confidentiality.
     
     Does anyone have any suggestions? Calling the number is NOT an
     option.
