I have searched for this report on the Los Angeles Police Department
following the Rodney King incident and have come up empty. I could
not find it on the Internet and an attempt to get it through ILL was
unsuccessful. Many articles on Lexis and Westlaw cite it but don't
seem to provide the full text of the report. It is supposed to be a
228-page report issued by the Commission on July 10, 1991. Do any
libraries in California (or elsewhere) have this in their collection
and would they be willing to loan it for a few weeks? If so, please
contact me by any method listed below (I need only one copy and would
like to avoid duplication of effort).
