Greetings,
We're finally getting a Website for my firm. I know of at least one law
firm whose Website includes a form for established clients to request
non-legal research to be done by the library staff. I have also
occasionally done research directly for clients at the request of one of
our attorneys.
As we consider what uses to incorporate into our Website, I'd like to
know who out there is doing research directly for clients; how much and
what kinds of research you get asked to do; whether it increases your
firm's profitability; and whether you enjoy doing this auxiliary work or
find it to be burdensome. Thanks for your input.
