Subject: California Librarians... Help needed

Hi everyone!
I am looking for a California Labor Commissioner Interpretative Bulletin
86-3. I have called the Labor Commission and they have told me that a
recent case (Tidewater Marine v. Bradshaw) does not permit them to
distribute these bulletins to the public anymore. Does anyone have this
bulletin? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very
much!
