This case was written up in the papers yesterday and today. It's a First Circuit Federal case. Does anyone know of a URL that might post the full text of this PROMPTLY. The last time I needed an affirmative action case, it was the 9th Cir en banc opinion on the California referendum. This was a important case of interest to many people and it was still several weeks before it came up on LEXIS. Any ideas would be welcome.
