Online Securities Law classes???

I need to see if any law school will be offering a web-based, online
securities law class this coming Spring 1999 semester. I've tried
Findlaw, Jurist, and the relevant search engines, to no avail. I don't
necessarily relish the idea of sifting through 200+ law school web sites
to check course listings. Online CLE courses will not do--the requestor
would like a more thorough perspective. So, if any law school librarian
could come to the rescue, I'd certainly appreciate it! Thanks!
