We are about to undertake a survey of library user satisfaction and were
hoping to see examples of what others have done, not only to preclude
reinventing the wheel but also to ensure that we generate a survey which is
as comprehensive as possible. I have contacted AALL and the RIPS group
chair and was told that my best resource for such information would be you,
my colleagues. Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
