Nevada has a good deal of legislative material available (unlike other states). The best source is from the Legislative Counsel Bureau Research Library 401 South Carson Street, Carson City, Nevada 89710 tel. (702) 687-6827. I called over there just a few weeks ago and the staff that assisted me was absolutely wonderful! They actually had on hand a compiled legislative history for the code sections I needed, you can't beat that.
Once again, I must mention a fantastic source for compiling state legislative histories. One that gives what types of materials is available, holding dates, and contacts. This source is from our very own AALL. Check out AALL Publication Ser.15, Guide to state legiskative and administrative materials, by Mary Fisher.
Regards and a good weekend,
