Help!
Can any Nevada Law Librarian point me in the right direction for
Legislative history? I am delaing with Nevada Revised Statutes:
NRS 78.165 paragraph 6
NRS 78.350 paragraph 3

These sections deal with issuance of more than one class or series of
stock.

I have never done a NV Leg. Hist before, and my library (not that it
contains anything that would help) is being shrink-wrapped even as I
write for the move to new digs (begins in1 hour). Any advice would be
most appreciated!!!
