I am looking to update two Acts from the Bahamas: (1) International Business Companies Act and (2)
Confidential Relations Preservation (International Finance) Act. I have copies of both these acts as of
1996. I found a reference on an Internet site that there may be an amendment to the IBC Act as of
1998, but you need to be a paid member of the site in order to access the information. Our local
County Law Library does not have the most current statutes (they do carry the Commercial Laws of the
World and other sets, but these are digested - I need full-text). I have checked a few universities,
local and out-of-state, to no avail.
If anyone has access to these laws or knows of any other resource, please call me or send an e-mail.
I would be happy to pay for copies, but need to know in advance how much it will cost. Many thanks.
