Is anyone aware of a handy chart or list that indicates which states (
or perhaps better phrased as which states' highest appellate court) have
in essence "adopted" Restatement (Second) of Torts s.402A, Comment j?
I've run a quick law review search as well as contacted ALI and DRI but
no luck.
