Need filing instructions for Securiies and Federal Corporate Law, 2d

Last week we received new binders and contents - but no filing
instructions - for updating Securities and Federal Corporate Law, 2d by
Bloomenthal which is part of the blue Securities Law Series set formerly
published by CBC and now West Group. West indicated they would mail
it out, but it has not yet arrived.
 
I would appreciate it If anyone who has the filing instructions could fax
them to us.
