Cross-posted to LAWLIB and PRIVATELAWLIB, please excuse duplication.

Happy Friday!
I am trying to track down IS/IT/Systems-staff-to-attorney ratios. I
have done searches in the LAWPRAC, and ALLNEWS databases on Westlaw,
LGLNEW and CMPCOM files in Lexis, and a bit of Internet searching.
Although I have found brief mentions of figures (ranging from 900:1 to
45:1) , these are not quite helpful. My original suspicion, that these
figures will be found in survey data, seems to be correct. HOWEVER, the
two surveys I think would carry this data are not listed in OCLC, and
the Philadelphia area has not yielded results thus far.

Does anyone have either: the Support Staff Ratio Survey published by the
National Survey Center (formerly jointly published with Hildebrandt) or
the new The Lawyer/PriceWaterhouseCoopers survey that no one can seem
to put an official title on? Or, if you happen to have these figure
from any other source, I'd love that, too.

As always, thanks so much in advance for any advice. Anyone interested
in results, let me know!

Sincerely,
Desperate in Phila.
