Hi !

Above mentioned cite is for a 1949 case. Name of the case is Untal
v. Chief of staff. From my research I found out that OG stands for
Obergericht meaning a higer court in Germany. Does anyone have the
text/opinion of this case (preferably in English) or know how to get
it ?

Any and all help will be appreciated.
