Please excuse the cross-postings.
Following up on the CALR mark-up thread from earlier this week, our library
wants to hear from anyone who does NOT charge clients AT ALL for CALR. If
you don't, how do you control overhead costs in the face of Lexis and
Westlaw wanting to increase the flat rate every year if online use goes up?
We'd also like to hear from people on the relative costs of online vs CD
resources and which format is ultimately more cost effective.
Please reply privately. I will post the results. Thanks for your input.
