I'm trying to locate Metropolitan Dade County v. Florida Power and Light (Jan. 5, 1998), an unreported district court opinion from Florida (I'm assuming the Southern District).
I was told that it was reported in a January issue of BNA's Electronic Commerce and Law Report, but my attempts to find a copy that way have proven unsuccessful. Does anyone have it in the BNA, or know of somewhere else where I can find it?
