Hello to everyone,

I'm hoping to find the text of some Cuban laws (in English, if possible) regarding leasholds. I have come up with the Cuban constitution, with some vague references to land ownership. However, I really need the statutes or code/regulations themselves. Any ideas? I've already tried the Web and Wexis. No luck, other than secondary sources.
