A professor here needs to see volume 2 of THE POLITICAL WRITINGS
OF JOHN DICKINSON (OCLC # 3533266). John Dickinson is also the author.
We have attempted to get this through normal ILL channels but no luck.
We'd really appreciate it if someone can help us and him out.
Another researcher needs to get Executive Order 3767, dated
December 10, 1922. I've checked and we don't have EO's going back that
far. Could someone mail or fax this to us, please.
