PowerInvoice and TMC

Our acct dept uses TMC software to process bills, etc.
When I do to the PowerInvoice website to download the monthly billing
usage for the acct dept, I download it into an Excel spreadsheet. Seems
this is not compatible with the DOS based TMC program and the acct staff
is having to rekey the Lexis usage into their system which of course
they Hate!
Anyone have a solution for this situation?
