CRIVGram--November 3, 1998. The Pension Plan Guide from CCH is now missing
Internal Revenue Code Section 106(c). CRIV Member Betty Roeske talked to
the editor, Ted Simons. It should not have been removed from the set.
Section 106(c) will be readded in a release within the next week or so. Mr.
Simons apologized for the error.
