pleased to present the live web broadcast of oral arguments in the case
United States v. Jerry W. Owens before the Court of Appeals for the Armed
Forces on Wednesday, November 4, 1998, at 3:00 p.m.
The issue granted for appeal in the Owens case is whether the Military
Judge erred as a matter of law when he denied the Appellant's motion to
suppress evidence during a general court-martial at Altus Air Force Base,
Oklahoma.
