We are trying to find Standard Form 1000, a Fixed Price Supply
Subcontract, under the the Federal Acquisition Regulations System. I
have checked the CCH Government Contracts Reporter, the CFR, and the
DoD and General Services Administration sites on the web. The CCH
jumps from Standard Form 308 to Standard Form 1034. There is a similar
gap in the GSA's website. I am finding mention of this Standard Form
1000 in a 1984 publication called Federal Government Subcontract
Forms. Does anybody know if such a form exists? It is not listed on
the GSA site as a cancelled form. Any help would be appreciated. TIA
