It is with great sadness that I post this to the list today. Many of you
already know that the firm of Fisher & Hurst in San Francisco will no
longer be in business after the end of this year. Another
Insurance/Reinsurance defense firm bites the dust. The partnership has
decided to dissolve after more than 40 years in practice.
I have been entrusted with finding good homes for the library collection.
The partners would prefer to sell these books, but, if there are no buyers
for some of these sets, they will consider non-profits. If nothing pans
out, then, as with the many postings to this list in the past, these will
go for postage. Please contact me directly with any offers. The deadline
I was given is November 30. Not much time, but, so be it.
The following is a list of the larger sets, and some basic California
practice sets. There are many more books in the collection, but for the
sake of space, if you are interested in any of the sets mentioned, and
don't see something you may have been looking for, please ask. Thank you.
