A big thank you to all who responded. The majority of those responding use a practice group leader/managing partner for approval. The request may go directly to the partner or the librarian forwards it. Many allowed the librarian to make purchases up to around $200. Thanks for all the input.

I am looking for two books to borrow or purchase, but have not had any
luck in locating them. I have called the publisher, multiple book
stores, have consulted with book services..., but have had no luck in
locating either book. I have even gone to the Library of Congress only
to learn that these two books are "missing" from its collection. The
Library of Congress conducted a search of other libraries that may have
the book and came up with none! If you have either book, and are
willing to lend it or sell it, please please please let me know. If you
have any suggestions as to how I can obtain either book (either purchase
or borrow), would be greatly appreciated. The books are
13 Ways to Murder Your Wife, edited by Richard Glyn-Jones (1992)
and
13 Ways to Murder Your Husband, edited by Richard Glyn-Jones (1992)
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
