Dear friends and colleagues,
A few days ago I posted a help request regarding some M & K Jrnl. citations. I
did receive one reply from Dan Zeidman, Skadden Arps. With Dan's suggestion and
a lot (I mean a lot ) more historical research, I was able to unravel my
mystery. I thought I would share the fruits of my labors :>) with the list
since it seemed to stump everyone else too.
The M & K Jrnl. is Maidstone & Kentish Journal. It's predecessor was, Maidstone
Journal & Kentish Advertiser that ended in July, 1853. The only library that
has these very, very rare journals is Yale's Beinecke Library in the rare book
collection.
Regards and a scary Halloween to all
