     We have filtering software at our firm and I was recently denied
     entrance to Best Buy's website due to language (Level 1 - mild
     expletives). Best Buy sells appliances, computers, TV's and
software.
     Where the mild expletives come from, I have no idea, but that is a
     prime example of filtering software gone bad. BTW, I can get into
the
     Whitehouse.com site. I tested it after reading this post - YICK!

I agree with you.
     
Something that often strikes me: "Bad" material doesn't come up in most
searches. You really have to go looking for it. I recall only once
hitting an "undesirable" site when doing a search that had no sexual
content whatsoever.
