I guess this is my week for difficult questions. I have been asked to
find some information on a lawsuit involving Marvin Windows and Doors. The
case was discussed in the Star Tribune back in April 1998 re legislators
passing a bill to help Marvin Windows in a pending case. I have been asked
to find out more information about the lawsuit and possible obtain copies
of some of the pleadings (complaint, answer any judgments). Can anyone
give me any information on this case?

        Thanks in advance.

Also, I would like to thank everyone who helped me with my last question
regarding SEC Rule 428. I found what I needed.
