Can a PA librarian possibly offer any guidance as to how to check an
individual's criminal record? The individual lives in the
Philadelphia metro area (possibly Bucks County). A successful civil
judgment/lien search has already been conducted. Any leads such as
databases, phone numbers, or even if a criminal search can't be done
would be helpful.
