Talk about the proverbial needle...I am looking for a case decided in
Federal District Court for the Southern District of Iowa in 1987. Judge is
Stuart. The party names are elusive..we think Iowa v American Express or
Iowa v Shearson Lehmann. We think the case in unpublished, having already
checked Wexis. I tried Courtlink but it doesn't seem to go back to 1987 .
Any help will be eternally appreciated...and of course we need it this pm!
