Hello:
I've just learned from James Mauldin of GPO Library Programs Service that
the following report will be distributed to depository libraries:
Title: Ninth Circuit report to the
Commission on Structural Alternatives for the Federal Courts of Appeals.
Alternative Title: Report to the Commission on Structural Alternatives
for the Federal Courts of Appeals
Government Author: United States. Court of Appeals (9th Circuit).
Collation: iii, 66 leaves : b ill. ; c 28 cm.
Notes: May 1998.
"Tentatively the item number assigned to this report will be 0734. SuDocs
Number JU 7.2: The class/item no. may be altered when it is officially
classed."
The Ninth Circuit Court is also providing two additional titles
to the FDLP: "The Ninth Circuit Functions well and should not be divided"
and a "Position paper in opposition to S. 956."
Thanks very much to Dana Merritt and Robin Donoghue of the Ninth
Circuit Court of Appeals, and to James Mauldin of GPO LPS for their work
on this!
