Another West complaint -
Today, we received the 1999 indexes for Am Jur Legal Forms, 2d - $183.10.
The cost in 1998 was $77.50. It seems they have tied the indexes to the
1999 supplements to the Federal Tax Guide to Legal Forms. When we tried to
return the Federal Tax Guide supplements, we were told only if we returned
the indexes as well. The customer service representative was very
sympathetic and even talked to her supervisor about it, but alas, nothing
can be done.
We are curious to know if anyone else out there is thinking about returning
the whole kit and kaboodle and making do with last year's indexes.
