I have a professor who wants to know the number of the article on
secession and the latest date of the (pre-Czech and Slovak split)
constitution it appears in. All we have is the current constitution of
each country and the constitution that held up until 1938. Can someone
please help? (Eh, no, the professor isn't from the Southern United
States, or even from the United States, so no jokes about a Southern law
school professor asking about secession articles!;-) )
