Has anyone gotten a copy of the SEC proposed rules on simplification of
corporate finance disclosure in order to let public companies sell their
stocks and bonds more quickly and cheaply? There is an article in
todays NYT indicating that the rules where proposed yesterday 10/15.
They are not yet on the SEC web site. I will call the SEC but thought I
would set the wheels in motion.'
